This gem was waiting for me on the doorstep when I finally got home after Thanksgiving break. . .
Thank you eBay.
After having my flight delayed three times and driving back to Provo in the rudest of weather, the boy and I could just plop on the lovesac, eat our Beto's, and listen to the Beach Boys wish us a merry Christmas in the middle of the night.
The record player has never been jollier.

We Remember Thanksgiving
How to make Thanksgiving T-shirts for Dummies. . .
Paint.
Turkey-related colors.
One turkey-shaped hand.
A slogan.
And your own personal flair. . .
(his turkey has a gold glittery pilgrim hat)
A cool cat to wear your T-shirt with.
We Remember Thanksgiving.

Music and the Spoken Word
"Wait. They do this every Sunday for free, and I've never been to it???"
They sing pretty songs, they say pretty things. . .
It's Music and the Spoken Word!

Portait of an Artist as a Young Ghost-Bear
I think if some naturalist painter had done ghost-bear's portrait, it would turn out something like this.
Now if only James Joyce had written a depressing, coming-of-age novel, sketching ghost-bear's life and internal struggles as a developing artist.
Eat my shorts, Stephen Dedalus!
Sorry everyone.
I'm still a little obsessed with my Ghost-bear costume.
Please humor me.

October Recap
This is why I love October. . .
What better way to begin your October than with General Conference??
In October I love all things pumpkin,
including carving Captain Star-face and Chewbacca.
We forgot to turn off the flash. . .
That's better!
Scary stuff!
Costume dance parties
Jacob as a really unconvincing sheet-ghost and me as a care bear.
Saw this lady live.
My HERO.
Picnics at the Provo Farmer's Market.
Halloweeness.
Ninja + Ghost Bear.
October has it all.
I'm already counting the months until 10-2011.
