After talking to my mom, I always feel like I come out with great pieces of wisdom that she imparts on me. The other day, she said something that has just stuck in my head like so many other little maxims and aphorisms of hers. She said,
"You can choose to look for the good or the bad in others. Either way, you'll find it."
This is perfect for my mom because she has always been the best example of not only finding the good in others, but the good in everything around her. No matter the situation, my mom is upbeat, optimistic, and a friend to everyone.
