"What do you wish for Noah?"
"I wish, I wish, I wish. . . for a Mater Monster Truck! Cuz I don't have one."
Then he blew all the little fuzzies away in the wind, and gave me a dandelion. My turn.
"Hmmmm. . . I wish for a beautiful wedding dress."
I was about to blow my wish away, but Noah stopped me:
"No, No. . .You say, 'I wish, I wish, I wish. . . that Jacob comed back.'"
I almost died.
"Okay Noah. That's a really good wish. I wish, I wish, I wish that Jacob comed back!" He finally let me blow my fuzzy wishes away, and I couldn't help but laugh. My nephew is so precious.
Jacob just left for Denver after spending a week with my fam here in AZ. He'll be working there doing some sales/roofing/insurance job for about seven weeks. He's only been gone for a few days, but I already miss my best friend.
What am I supposed to do for SEVEN WEEKS?!?!?
Oh, yeah. . . plan a wedding. I'm still trying to figure that one out.
Making plans and the thought of Jacob making some money for a lovely little honeymoon are the things keeping me steady right now. After spending no more than a week apart from eachother for the last 8 months, we get to experience what long distance feels like. And so far it's just. . .weird. Does absence make the heart grow fonder? Only our 7-week Skype romance will tell. But the thought of my fiancé back in my arms. . . Well, that's another thing keeping me steady.
For now, I've got Noah to keep me company.
