Valentine's Day + Pavlova = Award-winning Combination.
Ever since I first tasted this dessert, it's really had a hold on me. After much longing, I thought it would be suitable to bring it back on the back on the day of love. I think it melted everyone's hearts.
We shared love with friends by sipping Martinelli's, toasting to love (or something like that), and letting the sugary meringue melt in our mouths.
